The catalog presents 1302 lots, including: 34 aes grave, 112 denarii and bronzes of the Republic, 57 coins from the civil wars, 998 imperial, 73 Byzantine, 9 tesserae, 19 contoured medallions.

This is the sales catalog of the Achille Cantoni Collection, which is embellished with pencil annotations next to the description of the lots and by the indication on the tables of almost all the projects and the surnames of the buyers. This copy was certainly used during the auction, the autograph information it contains makes it a unique document of great interest.
