These volumes were purchased in 1997 from the London firm Spink, as documented by the invoice (£110) kept inside. An enclosed typewritten sheet contains a critical reflection on the work.

The editorial dust jacket is missing and has been replaced by an acetate protector.

Together in excellent condition.
